Há festa no campo / Aldeias artísticas

Há festa no campo / Aldeias artísticas is a project for local development through art and culture, supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation as part of the PARTIS programme, and led by Associação EcoGerminar, Terceira Pessoa – Associação, ETEPA and the Union of Parishes of Freixial and Juncal do Campo.

Together with local people and associations, the project sets out to find ways of stimulating cultural and social life in the Union of Parishes of Freixial and Juncal do Campo.

The challenge the project team has embraced is to bring out the value of the villages’ intangible and cultural heritage as an opportunity for them to assert their identity.
