VITAMINA D is a series of creative labs for artistic experimentation, in which artists work side by side with members of the public from different places.
Its starting point is the concept of becoming (‘No man ever steps in the same river twice’, Heraclitus of Ephesus), understood as a relationship with the natural world and with the unrepeatability of every place and every moment.
Between July 2021 and February 2022, in unconventional spaces in Castelo Branco, Alcains, Juncal do Campo, Vila Velha de Ródão and Gouveia, the labs brought together the performing arts, visual art and movement, photography, poetry and image, and performance in public space.
