Para que lado fica o amanhã? – no âmbito do projeto Espíritos livres

To tell the end so as to have a good beginning: on certain days I avoid speaking of bitterness, so as not to let impatience overrun me. But mark this well, understand it well: there is a surety for suffering, for tedium and malignity, and if a man falls short of that measure, what cross will you lay upon his shoulders? I advance through voids: I carry with me the waking of any day. The day is sky. The day is earth, adrift, where waves like deserts in the wind mingle among us. I’m going to spend a very slow weekend, make the most of the heat.

PARA QUE LADO FICA O AMANHÃ? (Which way is tomorrow?) presents itself as an escape plan from time, threatening the moral ideas we hold of good and evil and making the spectators hostages to themselves, in a parallel universe where the audience is pushed down a poetic, erratic and unpredictable path.

This is a piece about people lost in time who set out to pause their lives so as to meet the audience in the present and say: ‘This is the torn page of the book I did not write’.
